Hailee and Michelle, former NFL Cheerleaders, turned best friends, share a passion for design and creating pieces that speak to the everyday gal. As working moms, their focus is creating effortless jewelry collections that mix and match seamlessly, allowing you to build the perfect stack for any occasion - from day to night, season to season.
HAILEE PATE
Hailee is a mama to one sweet baby girl and the founder of Bowood Lane. A lifelong lover of jewelry and clothing design, she’s always been drawn to the details that make everyday style feel effortless and elevated. With a background in PR and sales at a Fortune 500 company, she blends creativity with strategy in every part of her business, from design and production to marketing and brand storytelling. When she’s not working, you’ll find her with her daughter and their two dogs, Stella and Pip.
MICHELLE SANDERS
Married and mother to one little guy, Michelle loves everything about being a "BOY MOM". Her free time is typically spent bouncing from field to field, cheering on her son and his teams. Before taking on the jewelry industry, Michelle owned a nationally recognized dance and acrobatics studio featured in the TOP 12 on NBC's America's Got Talent. She has always had a passion for creating and bringing art to life, which explains her love for jewelry and design.
